About us
Founding members Balázs Pózner and Levente Molnár, who had previously worked together in IT Security, developed the platform based on their experiences in ethical hacking, penetration testing, and bug bounty programs.

We're a team of IT security experts and ethical hackers. We are passionate about creating a leading ethical hacker platform with a great hacker community.
Our ultimate goal is to build a platform for ethical hackers what they love to use and it provides them an opportunity to expand their skills while earning money.
Our ethical hacker platform connects companies and ethical hackers. This cooperation will lead to the result that we would like to support: make the internet a safer place.

Balázs Pózner
CEO
Balázs graduated as a security and safety engineer. He started his career at Erste Bank in the team of bank security. He has worked as an information security consultant for KPMG, Quadron and Deloitte. His responsibilities included preparing for information security audits, technology consulting. He also worked as an outsourced information security officer and pentester before founding Hackrate.
Levente Molnár
CTO
Levente lives in a world of zeros and ones. He is an active bug hunter, successfully reported bugs to US DoD, Adobe, Logitech, BMW, Sony, and other big enterprises. As an IT Security Engineer, he planned, implemented, and managed various IT security solutions. He worked on international projects in Kuwait and Oman as an ethical hacker.
